Aioli sauce with arugula

A very simple idea, which I came up with waiting for, when ready keto waffles were waiting for the coronation of egg and smoked trout. 😀 Of course, sosik aioli is keto-friendly!

 

Aioli

Components:

  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • handful of arugula
  • spices to taste

Preparation:

Blend smoothly and ready.
You can keep in the refrigerator for a few days (for me day three and still everything plays).
